Physics 11 Unit 1 - Kinematics
This unit looks at time speed distance and acceleration and allows us to calculate how fast Evel needs to go to land his jump! This is one of the longer units and many of you will find this one the most difficult.

Assignments
1. Learner Profile, Autobio
2. Complete the worksheets using the videos, keys, in class lectures, posted slides, and peers. This will help you master the specific content and equations that pertain to each unit.
3. For each unit you will have a number of labs. They will hopefully be fun most times. They will help you develop skills such as collecting data, organizing data, graphing data, and interpreting data. Labs also help you develop a sense intuition for some of the concepts that you do not have a lot of experience with.
Typically in Unit 1 we do the following labs . . .
Lab 1 - The period of a pendulum
Constant Velocity
Changing Velocity
Potato Gun
4. Demos. Potato gun, we will go and play with this outside
