PHYSICS 12 UNIT 5 - Static Equilibrium
Unit Overview
This unit looks at Static Equilibrium.
An object that is not moving is in Static Equilibrium. There are two things that need to be true for this to happen.
Condition #1: The net force on the object must be zero
Condition #2: The net torque on the object must be zero. The clockwise torque must = the counter clockwise torque.
